With faith, love, and discernment, we remember our oneness with the Creator and all beings.

- It is helpful to set aside a place in your home where you do these practices and nothing else.
- It is also helpful to set up a small alter with an image of Christ and some candles.
- An incense holder is a good idea.
- Try to wear the same clothing such as a white robe, not your normal clothing
- Sit so your back is straight: lotus posture, Zen stool, chair, etc.
- This practice should be done in the morning before you engage in worldly activities.
