A Course In Miracles (ACIM) includes: Text (some 666 pages), Workbook for Students (some 487 pages), and a Manual for Teachers (some 71 pages).
This website is designed to extract the essential teachings, principles and practices to make learning this Course a bit easier and yet stay aligned with those teachings, principles and practices. The underlying metaphysical principle of the Course is The Law of One. When we abide by this law we experience unconditional love, peace, and joy. When we ignore it we experience fear, hate, attack and sadness, i.e. chaos. This is not a matter of blind belief – read today’s newspaper and see for one’s self.
There are 31 chapters in the text. This website provides a lesson on each of the chapters and focuses on the essential content. Additionally, students are encouraged to read ACIM and two small books: The Essence of A Course In Miracles and The Law of One by Vincent S. D’Agati PhD. These books can be purchased on AMAZON.com.
The Course is a self-study program that actually reprograms our thought system and, thus, enables us to wake up from the dream of this world. The Course is not a religion; yet, it has been channeled by one of the greatest Masters that ever appeared on this planet Earth. As the Earth’s physicists continue the progression toward a better understanding of the Unified Field, Quantum Mechanics, and astronomy we will all come to realize that the thought system being introduced in the Course is far more aligned with modern science than previous philosophies, religions and belief systems. As we put the principles of this Course into practice and experience the joy and peace that follows, we will be encouraged to relinquish the old thought system that dominated the thinking on this planet for so long and learn to embrace and share the teachings of this Course.
